All personal information is collected voluntarily. This information is then used to finalize the purchase through our secure third party or parties.

We will use this information to get ahold of you if we have some sort of issue while processing your order. On occasion we will send out an email with information about your Breakfast Box, or with any sales that we are running. We will not share any information with any other person or company.

For the subscription, we also use your information to prorate your order. Subscription boxes ship the first week in May, August, November, and February. If you sign up between shipment dates then you may be charged for another month or you may skip a month. It all depends on the date you sign up.

For Example:

Monthly payment option

If you sign up between May 1st - May 15th, normal charge at sign up is $19.99, and the next charge will be June 1st. Your Breakfast Box ships out when you order, and the next shipment will be the 1st week in August.

Sign up May 16th - May 31st, normal $19.99 charge at sign up and then your monthly charge of $19.99 will begin June 1st. Your Breakfast Box ships right out, next shipment will be the 1st week in August.

Sign up June 1st - June 15th, normal $19.99 charge at sign up and then another $19.99 charge for May 1st to begin your membership. Your Breakfast Box ships right out, and the next shipment will be the 1st week in August.

Anytime after June 15th - July 31st, normal $19.99 charge at sign up, and then NO CHARGE until Sept 1st. Your Breakfast Box ships right out when ordered and the next box ships 1st week in November.

If at anytime we feel there is an issue with your order or for some reason we can't fulfill the order, we have the right to cancel it. Maple products last indefinitely if stored correctly, but they can mold on occasion, even before opening. If this occurs you can contact us at ackermannmaplesyrup@gmail.com and we will work to find a solution that works for every party involved. If not stored correctly there are NO REFUNDS, as this is a perishable product.

The Buyer and Ackermann Maple Farm acknowledge and agree that Ackermann Maple Farm will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Buyer has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.

Ackermann Maple farm has the right to terminate or ban any user that is using our website improperly. No notification to the person is required.

Ackermann Maple Farm is the owner of all the content on this website and all of our content is subject to copyright laws.
