Maple cream is 100% maple syrup, nothing added, just boiled down further and whipped. It's dairy and gluten free, and has the texture of soft fudge or butter. 

We use maple cream for everything! We use it as a sweetener in tea and coffee, on toast, apples, vanilla ice cream, sweet potatoes, in oatmeal, yogurt, even as a glaze on pork chops or salmon. Check out our recipes for more ideas! Please keep maple cream in the fridge.
